Poste :

The position is attached to HR Development supervisor.

The candidate has to:

• Ensure the recruitment of staff in accordance with the provisional recruitment plan;
• Ensure onboarding & specific training plans;
• Manage internal competitions;
• Update on ONE HR (Creation of a new position, Creation of job requisition,);
•  Manage of long-term medical certificate;
• Manage trainees;
• Monitor of motivation actions (events, special days, etc.);
• Analyzing training & development needs;
• Management of job descriptions;
• Conduction System Audits……….
   

Profil recherché :

Level of studies: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role

Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
