In this dynamic, we are opening new opportunities for Account Managers (Junior and Senior) ready to actively contribute to the development of the client portfolio and build solid, lasting relationships.
Your missions:
Depending on your experience level, your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage and develop a client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify clients' specific needs and offer them suitable insurance solutions.
• Participate in prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, manage follow-up, and update files.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
• Contribute to defining and implementing commercial and marketing actions.
• For experienced profiles: supervise and support juniors in developing their skills.
• Represent PREVAS to partners and institutions and actively contribute to the firm's reputation.
Profile sought:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, insurance, or equivalent.
• Successful experience in account management, client relations, or business development (3 to 10 years depending on the position level).
• Strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and professional commitment.
