Job :
Assigned to the Purchasing Department, your role is to implement the purchasing strategy for the import of non-food products, by sourcing suppliers and products for import and by negotiating contractual terms with suppliers.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure follow-up of initial orders (import process, payment follow-up, quality control, etc.)
- Constantly prospect internationally (fairs, trade shows) to find suppliers and products that meet the set objectives (quality/price).
- Contribute to resolving issues with suppliers (incident management, dispute resolution, payment follow-up), and alert management if necessary (blockages with important suppliers).
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in purchasing, you have more than two years of experience as an Import Buyer, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to negotiate contractual and promotional purchasing terms
- Ability to select new suppliers and products and carry out negotiations
- Ability to implement the defined pricing strategy
