Aya Gold & Silver is a growing Canadian silver producer operating in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Aya is the only silver-focused mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. It mines the high-grade Zgounder silver mine and explores its highly prospective grounds along the South Atlas Accident, several of which contain old producing mines and historical resources. In addition to its Moroccan mining assets, Aya also holds the Tijirit gold project in Mauritania, which is advancing to the feasibility study stage.

As part of its expansion, AYA Gold & Silver is strengthening its teams with skills in several trades, particularly maintenance.

Job :

• Main Tasks

- Prospect, select, and approach potential suppliers
- Process purchase requests from the company's various departments
- Consult and negotiate offers from local and foreign suppliers
- Prepare comparative tables of offers (quality/price/delivery times/payment terms)
- Prepare supplier purchase orders and submit them for validation
- Send purchase orders to suppliers
- Track import operations (insurance/customs clearance/delivery/authorization requests) with the freight forwarder
- Prepare import commitments on PORTNET
- Prepare transport and ensure delivery of orders to the requester's site
- Handle complaints arising from recipient requests
- Evaluate suppliers
- Calculate purchasing KPIs and propose actions for their improvement
- Actively participate in the quality approach within the Purchasing Department

• Purchasing Roles & Responsibilities

- Adhere to the purchasing charter and policy
- Apply the ZMSM purchasing procedure
- Ensure the satisfaction of ZMSM's internal customer requirements
- Participate in purchasing and logistics department meetings
- Maintain good commercial relations with suppliers
