Join a dynamic company in the agricultural sector as an Assistant Production Director. Based in Agadir, your role will be essential in optimizing and supervising production operations to achieve operational excellence and guarantee the quality of our products.
Your main objectives will be to ensure the efficiency of production processes, contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will actively participate in the planning and management of resources to achieve production goals set by management.
Your academic background includes a degree of Master's level (Bac +5 and above), ideally complemented by a specialization in agricultural professions or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role. You have in-depth knowledge of production processes and team management.
