Job :

Mission

• Provide L1/L2 network support and incident resolution.
• Administer, supervise, and maintain network and security infrastructures.
• Manage tickets, technical changes, and ensure the ongoing maintenance (MCO) of equipment.
• Participate in the maintenance, continuous improvement, and evolution of infrastructures.
• Write technical documentation, reports, and activity summaries.

Required profile :

Associate's degree to Master's degree in Networks, Telecommunications, or IT.

Experience in operations, support, or network administration in a production environment.

Good command of network technologies (IPv4, BGP, MPLS, IPSec, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).

Knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Sophos) and Cisco/Extreme Networks switches.

Rigor, autonomy, teamwork, service orientation, and good communication skills.
