As part of the development of our activities in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), we are recruiting a Store Sales Representative
Main Tasks:
Prospecting for new clients
Building loyalty with existing clients
Presenting products and services
Sales negotiations
Preparing sales documents (orders, quotes...)
Following up on sales targets
Reporting field information to management
Telephone prospecting: Actively contact potential clients to present LOCAMED's products and services. Identify their specific needs and propose suitable solutions.
Sales follow-up and customer relationship management: Ensure regular follow-up with existing clients to guarantee their satisfaction and maintain a long-term relationship. Respond to their questions, manage any issues, and suggest complementary products or upgrades.
Customer training on product usage: Organize training sessions for clients on the correct use of medical products. Explain features, benefits, and best practices for use.
Customer relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing quality customer service, identifying additional sales opportunities, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Required profile :
Bac +2 Diploma (Commercial or technical training)
BTS (Higher Technician Certificate) in Technical Sales
Bac +3 / Bac +4 Diploma (License or Bachelor's degree)
License in Commercial Techniques
