Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting two Pharmacy Agents to join private clinics located in Sidi Maârouf and Bouskoura.

As a Pharmacy Agent, you will play a key role in managing pharmaceutical products and medical devices, while ensuring the availability of treatments necessary for patient care.

Your main missions:

• Ensure the reception, control, and storage of medicines and medical consumables.
• Supply the various departments of the clinic (inpatient, operating room, emergencies, etc.) according to needs.
• Ensure good stock management and monitor expiration dates.
• Participate in periodic inventories and restocking operations.
• Prepare and distribute medications in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensure the traceability of pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
• Ensure compliance with current hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, and care teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Profile sought:

• Training in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Stock Management, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or health establishment is desired.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage rules.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in stock management IT tools is an asset.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Bac+2 diploma minimum in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Assistant, Health Facility Management, or any equivalent training.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a clinic, hospital, or pharmacy.
• Good knowledge of medications, medical devices, and storage rules for health products.
• Proficiency in stock management and traceability procedures.
• Comfortable with IT tools and management software.
• Rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical and paramedical teams.
• Reactivity and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
