Job :

We are looking for a dynamic, competent, and highly professional Logistics Agent (M/F) to join the Technical Department and General Services at UIR Hospital.
Your main tasks will focus on the following areas:

Stock Management:

• Ensure daily stock monitoring
• Guarantee no stock-outs for critical products
• Check product compliance upon receipt (quantity, quality, traceability, expiry dates if applicable)
• Record movements in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Apply storage rules (FIFO, specific conditions, safety)

Supplies and Order Tracking:

• Track orders and deliveries
• Check delivery slips and ensure they match orders
• Update statuses in the CMMS
• Follow up with suppliers in case of discrepancies (delays, non-compliance)
• Alert the logistics manager about restocking needs or risky situations

Inventories and Data Reliability:

• Participate in the planning and execution of periodic inventories
• Ensure the reliability of stock data
• Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions
• Ensure full documentary traceability of operations

Internal Distribution and User Service:

• Prepare and distribute internal orders within deadlines
• Check product compliance before delivery
• Ensure complete traceability of deliveries
• Adapt deliveries to the constraints of hospital departments

Management of External Service Providers:

• Welcome and supervise external personnel in compliance with safety procedures
• Verify access authorizations and working conditions
• Ensure logistical monitoring of their operations

Required profile :

• Bac +2 minimum or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role
• Proficiency in stock management techniques
• Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel, CMMS, etc.)
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
• Service-oriented and team spirit
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
