Join our dynamic team in the Health sector as a Cardio PEC Agent. This position based in Casablanca offers you the opportunity to thrive professionally within a recognized organization. Your main mission will be to actively contribute to patient care, providing essential support in the cardiovascular field.

Your objectives will include active participation in improving the patient care pathway in cardiology, strict adherence to established protocols, and contribution to the overall efficiency of the department. You will be a key player in patient satisfaction and the quality of services provided.

Your responsibilities will include assisting health professionals in various tasks related to cardiology, administrative and logistical management of patient records, as well as welcoming and guiding patients. You will participate in preparing the necessary equipment for examinations and treatments, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment under your responsibility.

Required profile :

For this position, an educational level of Bac +2 (equivalent to a two-year associate's degree) is required. Training in the Health / Social fields would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of listening. Rigor, organization, and the ability to work in a team will be essential. A good understanding of the challenges in the health sector, and particularly in cardiology, is expected.
