Job :

  • Operational management of content moderation on the client's social platforms.
  • Evaluation and verification of user content compliance with established guidelines.
  • Analysis and checking of multimedia data (texts and images) in Italian and English.
  • Constant monitoring of the quality and accuracy of the work performed, in line with project targets.
  • Classification and cataloging of specific information and metadata within data flows.
  • Teamwork aimed at jointly achieving productivity targets.
  • Contribution to the efficiency and continuous development of company workflows.
     

Required profile :

  • Perfect command of the Italian language, both written and spoken (a good level of French or English will be considered a plus).
  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Rigor, precision, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of basic computer tools (Office Suite, web browsing, CRM).
  • Ability to work independently and manage stress.
  • Previous experience in back office or call center is welcome, but motivated junior profiles will also be considered.
