Job :

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be the link for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy in the field. As such, your main responsibilities will be to:
Lead the HSE approach on a daily basis with operational teams;
Identify and assess Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risks in collaboration with field teams;
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use;
Ensure the management and updating of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical products;
Participate in writing and updating OHS procedures;
Monitor HSE indicators and provide regular reporting;
Conduct internal audits regarding health and safety;
Contribute to the site's regulatory compliance;
Participate in the development of prevention plans, work permits, and safety protocols;
Contribute to the analysis of accidents and incidents, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions;
Create and distribute visual awareness materials (posters, safety flash, instructions, etc.).

Required profile :

With a Bac +2/3 level education in HSE, Health, Safety, and Environment, or equivalent, you ideally have initial experience in HSE leadership in an industrial setting.
