Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Tourism / Travel / Leisure sector in Casablanca. We are looking for an organized and proactive person for the position of Assistant. As a key part of our organization, your role will be essential to ensure the smooth running of our daily activities and effectively support our team.

Your main mission will be to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to facilitate the management of daily tasks and contribute to achieving the company's strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, organizing travel and meetings, preparing documents and presentations, managing correspondence, and tracking files. You will also interact with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communication.


Required profile :

Ideally, you hold a degree of level Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree), with a specialization in Tourism professions.

Professional experience between 1 and 5 years is sought. This period has allowed you to develop your organizational skills and your interpersonal skills.

We expect you to have excellent command of office tools, a great capacity for organization and planning, as well as a keen sense of priorities. Your interpersonal skills, discretion, and reactivity will be major assets for success in this role. Good knowledge of the tourism sector would be a plus.
