Join a dynamic company in the Tourism / Travel / Leisure sector in Casablanca.We are seeking an organized, proactive Assistant to become the cornerstone of our operations. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities and provide high-quality support to our team.

Your primary mission will be to deliver top-level administrative and organizational assistance, helping to streamline daily tasks and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling correspondence and follow-ups
  • Ensuring clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required profile :

Ideally, you hold a Bac +2 degree (two-year post-secondary diploma) with a specialization in Tourism.

We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 2 years of professional experience. This period should have allowed you to develop your organizational skills and interpersonal ease.

We expect excellent proficiency in office software, strong organizational and planning abilities, as well as mastery of English. Your interpersonal skills, discretion, and responsiveness will be key assets for success in this role. Good knowledge of the tourism sector would be a plus.
