Job :

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing in real-time the goods and services corresponding to the needs of all departments while respecting cost and quality criteria;
  • Monitoring purchases and expenses incurred by the company within the framework of authorized procedures and budgets;
  • Ensuring optimal operating condition of all Foods & Goods material resources;

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Internal Purchasing:

  • Order placement: Identifying needs and preparing purchase requests with comparative quotes;
  • Order reception: quantitative and qualitative control upon receipt;
  • Stock management for stored products: paper, office supplies, hygiene products, packaging, etc.
  • Supplier management (prospecting, selection, evaluation, validation of documents for payment, etc.).

General Services:

  • Maintenance and safety of the premises;
  • Management of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, pest control, surveillance cameras);
  • Infrastructure maintenance;
  • Travel and transport management.

Required profile :

Education:
Bachelor's degree (BAC + 3) minimum.

Required skills:

  • Exemplary integrity
  • Responsiveness, and results-oriented
  • Sense of organization, Rigor, and discipline
  • Proficiency in computer tools is essential (especially Excel)
  • Successful previous experience in this field is essential

Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and French
