Join a renowned establishment in the Hotel / Restaurant sector in Marrakech as a Purchasing Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills within a dynamic team and actively contribute to our company's performance.

Your role will be essential in optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the acquisition of necessary goods and services under the best cost, quality, and delivery conditions. You will actively participate in supplier management and expense analysis.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • The monitoring of orders and management of deliveries.
  • The search and selection of new suppliers.
  • The negotiation of prices and purchasing conditions.
  • The updating and monitoring of supplier databases.
  • Participation in the development of purchasing budgets.
  • Management of supplier disputes and processing of non-conformities.
  • Analysis of purchasing performance indicators.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of level Bac +5 and above, ideally specializing in Purchasing or Supply Chain. Your education has provided you with solid theoretical knowledge in these areas.

A first experience of 1 to 3 years in purchasing is required. This period has allowed you to develop a practical understanding of purchasing and supplier management processes.

  • Mastery of IT tools and purchasing management software (ERP).
  • Excellent organizational and meticulous skills.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity and autonomy in file management.
  • A good knowledge of the hotel/restaurant sector would be a plus.
