As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be essential to streamline internal organization and support our teams on a daily basis. The main goal of this position is to ensure rigorous and efficient administrative management, guaranteeing the smooth running of daily operations. It involves becoming a pillar of organizational support, anticipating needs, and providing adapted solutions to optimize the overall effectiveness of our services.

For this role, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) is required, ideally in Executive Assistance or General Services. Further training in call center professions would be a appreciated asset.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar roles is requested. This period should have allowed you to develop strong autonomy and a deep understanding of administrative challenges.
