The McDonald's Berkane restaurant is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, your mission will be to ensure the administrative follow-up of staff as well as the regulatory and daily administrative management of the restaurant, in close collaboration with stakeholders:
- Administrative follow-up of staff
- Create files, enter contract details
- Welcome new employees and verify hiring-related documents
- Schedule medical visits
- Check and send mail
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bac+2 level of education in economics, management, or HR
- You have successful experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry would be a plus for this position.
