Job :

As part of strengthening our organization, we are looking for a dynamic, organized Administrative and Reception Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills. As a key link between different departments and internal and external contacts, you will play a crucial role in managing reception and ensuring the smooth running of administrative activities.

 

  • Ensure the physical and telephone reception of visitors, partners, and employees in accordance with company standards;
  • Direct visitors and handle information requests with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and follow up on files;
  • Create, enter, and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PR) in coordination with the relevant stakeholders;
  • Monitor approvals and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Draft, process, and follow up on correspondence and email exchanges with managers and various departments;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information;
  • Participate in the logistical and administrative organization of activities and meetings;
  • Ensure the filing, archiving, and updating of administrative documents.

Required profile :

  • Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Management, Administration, or a similar field;
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative assistant role is preferred;
  • Good command of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities;
  • Neat presentation, discretion, and service-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to interact effectively with various contacts and to work in a multi-departmental environment.
