Job :

MCS is currently recruiting Commercial Assistants for Call Reception.

Your main mission will be:
• Receiving telephone calls from clients and company employees (French market) B2B and B2C
• In-depth and targeted analysis of customer needs
• Directing calls to the right contact person using internal tools
• Sending emails to take messages
• Sending requested documents
• Projecting a positive image of the company represented.

Required profile :

Required skills and experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in a call center, specifically in call reception, is mandatory.
• Very good command of spoken and written French, good speaking skills
• Good listening and service skills, comfortable on the phone
• Excellent ability to absorb information
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) would be a plus
