The Moroccan Foundation for Preschool Education (FMPS) embodies a strong commitment to making preschool education available to all children in Morocco.
Since 2019, our foundation has grown significantly, expanding from a network of 350 to 22,000 preschool classrooms.
The Foundation works on behalf of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, managing 70% of Morocco's public preschool system. We are dedicated to providing children aged 4 to 6 with the essential foundations for a quality educational journey.
By collaborating with public, semi-public, and private sectors, as well as managing and training educational staff, we are shaping the future of preschool education in Morocco.
The network is guided by a central administration with 150 central managers and a territorial administration with approximately 900 territorial managers working closely together.

Administrative Management
- Organize the General Management's schedule, plan meetings, travel, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare, format, and archive official documents, reports, and internal memos.
- Follow up on administrative files in coordination with various internal entities.
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the General Management and directors, external partners, and institutions.
- Write meeting minutes, summary notes, and official letters.
- Coordinate information exchange between different departments and follow up on specific requests from the General Management.
- Facilitate the flow and dissemination of strategic information.
Logistical Support
- Prepare files, materials, and presentations for meetings or committees.
- Organize meeting logistics (rooms, invitations, agendas, minutes).
- Manage business travel (bookings, travel orders, reimbursements).
- Participate in organizing internal or external events led by the General Management.
- Hold a Bac+2/3 degree (Associate's or Bachelor's equivalent) in executive assistance, administrative management, or a related field;
- Proven previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a general management department;
- Knowledge of administrative management and executive secretarial methods and practices;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
