Job :

Reporting to the Reception Manager, your main role is to:

  • Handle telephone calls and appointment scheduling.
  • Track appointment schedules.
  • Be focused on customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

Training and qualifications:

  • Ideally, a Bac+2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in Automotive Technology.
  • Mandatory experience in the Automotive/Claims/Insurance field/position.

Required skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer satisfaction focus.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Service-oriented.
