Job :

As part of strengthening our Marketing Department, we are looking for a meticulous and organized Marketing Assistant to support the team in the administrative and operational follow-up of its activities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the creation and follow-up of purchase orders in the information system;
  • Control and track the processing of supplier invoices in coordination with the relevant departments;
  • Ensure payment follow-up and compliance with deadlines;
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital archiving of documents and marketing operation history;
  • Participate in the coordination and follow-up of various marketing projects;
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and the monitoring of departmental budgets.

Required profile :

1 to 3 years of previous professional experience in a similar role is required. Whether in marketing, administration, or general services, this period will have allowed you to develop your autonomy, your organizational skills, and your proactivity.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and a strong ability to adapt. Proficiency in computer tools, especially the Office Suite, is essential.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
