Join a dynamic company in the Pharmacy / Health sector, based in Casablanca. An exceptional opportunity is available for a Marketing Assistant passionate about the health world. The company is looking for a proactive person to contribute to its successes and development.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the pillar of operational support for the marketing teams. Your role will be to facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies, ensure the effectiveness of campaigns, and actively participate in achieving commercial objectives.

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department (managing schedules, processing mail, filing documents, and tracking expense reports).
• Organize and coordinate meetings, business trips, and marketing events (product launches, medical congresses, seminars, etc.).
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and expenses related to marketing activities.
• Coordinate exchanges with external service providers (communication agencies, printers, promotional item suppliers, etc.).
• Participate in monitoring product launch schedules and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Ensure good information flow and coordinate activities within the Marketing Department.
• Contribute to the organization and monitoring of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and internal procedures are met.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher in executive assistance, management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or marketing environment.
• Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational skills, rigor, and discretion.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and responsiveness.
• Good command of French; English is a plus.
