Job :

As part of its development, our client is recruiting an Operational & E-commerce Assistant to support the daily management of the platform and ensure the smooth running of operations.

 Main tasks:

E-commerce Management (Shopify)

Integration and updating of product sheets (photos, descriptions, prices, variations…)
Control of product information consistency
Stock monitoring with partner brands

Coordination with partner brands

Monitoring of new brand onboarding
Follow-up and collection of necessary information (visuals, stock, descriptions…)
Daily communication management

Logistics & Transport

Customer order tracking
Coordination with carriers for shipments and deliveries
Management of delays, returns, and incidents

Administrative Management

Invoice generation and sending
Payment tracking
Filing and organization of administrative documents


Required profile :

First experience in e-commerce, administration, or operational management
Mandatory Shopify proficiency
Excellent level of French (written and spoken)
Organized, rigorous, and responsive
Autonomous with good prioritization skills
Good interpersonal skills with partners and service providers
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and emerging brands
