As an Assistant attached to the Technical Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the department (managing schedules, organizing meetings, administrative follow-up...)
- Filing and archiving physical and digital documents.
- Providing support to the administrative staff of the department.
- Preparing, monitoring, and managing tender files.
- Compiling and verifying administrative and technical files.
- Ensuring coordination with internal teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
Diploma in Business Management Technician.
Significant experience of 5 years in a similar role.
Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
