Job :

• Ensure the digitization, filing, updating, and archiving of employee documents and administrative files.
• Contribute to the processing, management, and follow-up of employee administrative files.
• Contribute to the filing and archiving of payroll files.
• Contribute to the monitoring of absences and leave.
• Contribute to the updating of HR databases.
• Contribute to the preparation and transmission of administrative documents at the request of employees.
• Ensure follow-up of medical visits with the labor physician.
• Contribute to the processing and follow-up of illness and work accident files within deadlines.
• Ensure the reception and distribution of mail for the Human Resources Department.
• Ensure the proper management of the office staff schedule.
  

Required profile :

Associate degree (Bac+2) to Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources Management, Management, or equivalent;
First experience in HR desired;
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);Good French communication skills;
Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
