Job :

The Associate Data Science Manager Is Responsible For :

• Implementing and evolving the data domains and products needed to support the company's needs.

• Playing a part in driving change management and process improvement.

• Working collaboratively with product management to create a roadmap and deliver capabilities to increase the speed of engineering teams.

• Ensuring team unity and motivation

• Designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes, and systems to combine and analyze different data, including structured and unstructured data.

• Managing daily operations that develop and implement plans for a specific area. Overseeing teams assigned to projects and may manage implementations.

• Ensuring resources are correctly assigned according to plans and properly accounted for.

• Providing clear goals for the team and ensuring they are met

• Preparing a clear career path for the team

• Providing the right support to operations, ensuring clear work instructions and process definitions by helping to identify process weaknesses and leading the implementation of effective solutions.

• Ensuring agile SCRUM

• Delivering work products consistently, on time, and within budget

• Ensuring the recruitment needs of the project

Required profile :

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, or a related field;

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering;

• minimum 2-3 years in project management;

• Fluent in English & French;

• Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurial mindset;

• Likes to be challenged and challenge others.
