At ADM Value, we are hiring experienced telesales representatives for one of our clients in the insurance sector, specializing in borrower protection.
Your tasks:
- Contact potential customers by outgoing and incoming calls to offer borrower insurance contracts.
- Analyze each prospect's profile and needs to personalize the sales pitch.
- Handle objections easily thanks to your field experience.
- Close sales while following procedures and compliance rules.
- Ensure follow-up and update of files in the CRM tools.
- Share your best practices with the team to contribute to collective performance.
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in telephone sales of borrower insurance (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken French (clear speech, vocabulary, fluency).
- Mastered sales techniques: needs assessment, argumentation, closing.
- Strong sales drive and result-oriented.
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and ability to handle pressure.
- Team spirit and exemplary conduct.
