Job :
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main mission will be to manage Customer-Supplier relationships by optimizing customer relations to meet their needs in terms of expected deadlines and quality:
• Monitor sales and stocks using SAP
• Prepare customer orders
• Prepare arguments and appointments with customers
• Receive and process customer orders by email and phone
• Achieve customer goals
• Monitor company goals
• Respond to various customer complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction
Required profile :
Education: Bachelor's degree in English Studies, Logistics, or Commerce
Professional experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Required languages: English essential (spoken and written); Spanish (an asset)
