- Process and follow up on customer orders
- Manage relationships with partners and ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance)
- Monitor invoicing and payments
- Manage customer complaints and propose suitable solutions
- Update databases and provide regular reporting
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, business, or equivalent
- Some previous customer relations experience is desired
- Good command of French and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude
- Organized, rigorous, and ability to manage priorities
