Required profile :
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Managing incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
Promoting telecom products (mobile plans, internet offers, options, upgrades)
Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions
Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and KPIs
Effectively handling objections and closing sales
Accurately updating customer records via the CRM
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Responding to customer requests and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Staying informed about products and market trends
