Job :

We are looking for Credit Consolidation Advisors. As an intermediary between the client and our banking partners, you will be at the heart of supporting our clients' financing projects.
Missions:

• Prospect and advise clients on credit consolidation.
• Identify needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty.
• Achieve performance goals set by management.
• Conduct interviews to understand client needs and propose solutions for tailored bank loans.
• Perform simulations and analyze financial situations.
• Prepare files and ensure follow-up until funds are released.
• Follow up with clients to optimize returns.
• Negotiate the best terms with our partner banks.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) or higher in business, finance, or economics.
• You have significant experience in sales and consulting with individual clients.
• You particularly enjoy phone-based customer relationships.
• You demonstrate versatility, responsiveness, and rigor in your daily work.
• Dynamic, with good listening skills and interpersonal abilities, you like to push your limits and be rewarded for your performance.
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
• Significant experience in a sales or customer relations role.
• A real aptitude for commercial objectives.
• Ease in customer relations, especially by phone.
• Versatility, responsiveness, and rigor are your watchwords.
