Job :

Join a major player in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector in Tangiers as a BSC Specialist L1. This is an opportunity to start a rewarding career within a dynamic team where your contribution will be valued. Your main mission will be to actively participate in optimizing our supply chain flows.

Your goals will focus on level 1 support for supply chain processes. You will help ensure the smooth running of operations, identify and quickly resolve issues, and participate in the continuous improvement of processes to guarantee optimal performance.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Provide first-level operational support for supply chain-related requests.
• Process and analyze alerts and incidents to identify the root cause.
• Escalate complex problems to specialized teams by providing an accurate diagnosis.
• Participate in monitoring key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to documenting procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (purchasing, logistics, production) to resolve operational issues.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of level Bac +5 and above, with a strong specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

First experience of 1 year in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector, is expected. This experience should have allowed you to develop an understanding of supply chain challenges.

Your strengths for success in this role:

• A good understanding of supply chain processes.
• Analytical skills to solve operational problems.
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Adaptability and high responsiveness to unexpected situations.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
