Business Analyst - Asset Investment (H/ F) - Casablanca

For one of our projects, we are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst - Asset Investment (H/ F).
 

Job :

Your mission will be: 

• Gather, challenge, estimate at a high level, and formalize the requirements and macro-features / user stories of the solution 
• Model and propose simplifications of business processes and management rules, and justify these proposed changes
• Identify impacts on cross-functional processes and guide business users in the choices to be made
• Harmonize processes to implement a target architecture across the group
• Ensure the consistency of directions regarding the Group's strategy and developments in its domain
• Ensure the translation of the Group's strategy into its business IT domain
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and changes that could impact its domain (environmental, technological, legal, or competitive)
• Initiate and manage change and enable stakeholders to gain efficiency throughout the value chain related to IT systems
• Convince, negotiate, and gain buy-in from stakeholders for strategic choices within its domain
• Provide the best solution to highly complex problems presented to them
• Participate in decision-making bodies within their scope of action
• Exercise their duty to alert stakeholders in their domain and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure they are up-to-date in their area of expertise through significant monitoring of the latest trends (Agile, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence...)
• Observe, analyze, propose, and lead technological and scientific developments in their IT domain of intervention 

Required profile :

• Higher education degree (Bac +5), with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking/insurance sector, or in a consulting/audit firm.
• At least one experience in the insurance sector
• Knowledge of accounting and/or market finance
• Mastery of the Agile methodology (tools, stakeholders, rituals, etc.)
• Good professional level of English

Appreciated skills :

• Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA tools
• Mastery of investment accounting according to IFRS 9 standard
