Job :

We are recruiting a Business Analyst Data to support data analysis, monitor key indicators, and support strategic decisions related to performance and customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data (CRM, loyalty, marketing campaigns) to produce business insights.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize loyalty program KPIs.
  • Design dashboards and reports for business teams and management.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing optimization and customer performance.
  • Work closely with the Data, CRM, and Marketing teams.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) with specialization in data / statistics / marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Loyalty program experience is a plus.
