For one of our projects, we are recruiting a Business Analyst – Senior Treasury Scrum Master (H/F).
Job :
As part of RUN activities and financial flow management, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to ensure smooth operational functioning, continuous process improvement, and agile team leadership.
RUN & Financial flows:
- RUN ENCLIC / imaypé flows
- Analysis and follow-up of files (system feeders, partners – ODDO)
- Analysis of payment incidents
- RUN ATP: treasury, transfers, file recovery
- Management of collection flows
- Contribution to Exit ESB and Security Champion role
Business Analysis & Agile:
- Analysis of business needs and writing of user stories
- Facilitation of agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
- Coordination between business teams, IT, and partners
- Knowledge transfer and documentation
Management & Coordination:
- Workload planning
- Operational follow-up RUN / projects
- Skills matrix management

Reporting and synthesis for stakeholders
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5), with experience in Business Analysis and Scrum Master roles.
- Good understanding of payment and treasury flows
- Ability for synthesis, leadership, and coordination
- Proactive, facilitator, and results-oriented attitude
