Based in Casablanca, this Commercial Advisor M/F position will allow you to develop your sales skills and actively contribute to the growth of our company. The main goal of this position is to develop the client portfolio and increase turnover by ensuring effective prospecting and retaining existing customers. You will be at the heart of customer relations, working on both acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with our clientele. Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators (KPIs) defined together.

Your tasks will be varied and stimulating:

  • Telephone and in-person prospecting to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Developing customer relationships and retaining existing clients.
  • Presenting our recruitment and temporary staffing services, adapting your pitch to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiating contracts and administrative follow-up of files.
  • Participating in team meetings and regular reporting of your activity.
  • Updating your knowledge of the labor market and its evolving needs.

You will work closely with the team and benefit from personalized coaching to support your success.


Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is the minimum requirement. A specialization in sales, management, human resources, marketing, or a similar field would be an asset to facilitate your integration and success in this position.

Beyond your academic qualifications and experience, certain skills are essential to excel in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
