Job :

Reporting to the commercial management, you will be in charge of developing the activity of our real estate platform.
Your main mission will be to identify new opportunities, develop the client portfolio, and strengthen the brand's presence in the Moroccan real estate market.


FUNCTIONS:


1. Commercial Development:


• Actively prospect new clients (agencies, developers, investors, individuals).
• Develop and manage a commercial portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities in the real estate sector.


2. Prospecting & Acquisition:


• Implement field and digital prospecting actions.
• Present the company's services and solutions to prospects.
• Participate in events, meetings, and networking activities.
3. Negotiation & Closing:
• Negotiate commercial offers and adapt proposals to client needs.
• Conclude contracts and ensure their proper implementation.


4. Follow-up & Loyalty:


• Ensure regular client follow-up.
• Develop lasting relationships with partners.
• Identify development opportunities (upsell / cross-sell).


5. Analysis & Strategy:


• Conduct competitive and market intelligence.
• Monitor commercial performance and KPIs.
• Participate in the commercial development strategy.
 


Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree minimum (business, real estate, marketing, or equivalent).
• Experience in business development, sales, or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial drive.
• Negotiation skills and results-oriented.
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
• Good knowledge of the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in office and CRM tools.
