Job :

SOTHEMA Laboratories, a major player in the Moroccan pharmaceutical industry, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to support its growth strategy and strengthen its development in new markets.

Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships;
• Develop and implement development strategies adapted to the company's objectives;
• Conduct market, competition, and positioning analyses;
• Manage development projects until their implementation;
• Ensure active monitoring of trends and developments in the pharmaceutical sector

Required profile :

• Graduated from a top business school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, strategy, management, or equivalent;
• Proven experience in business development, ideally in the pharmaceutical or health sector, or in a related environment;
• Previous experience in a consulting firm or a scientific background/experience is a major asset;
• Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, and partnership management;
• Strong capacity for strategic analysis, communication, and project management.
