Job :
Data Analysis & Visualization
Collaborate with department stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and data needs
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI with a focus on usability, clarity, and performance
Create compelling visualizations, reports, and KPI tracking tools
Apply best practices in data visualization, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Dashboard & App Development
Identify relevant KPIs and performance indicators with business teams
Develop dynamic dashboards and Power Apps applications tailored to departmental needs
Build user-friendly apps (forms, workflows, approval systems) to digitize and streamline business processes
Integrate Power Apps with Power BI dashboards and data sources
Implement advanced features such as filters, drill-downs, and real-time updates
Maintain and continuously improve dashboards and apps based on user feedback
Data Integration & Automation
Use Power Automate to streamline workflows and reporting processes
Automate data extraction, transformation, and refresh cycles
Integrate data across systems in collaboration with IT
Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics
Explore and implement AI-based solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, Copilot use cases)
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks
Support implementation of data governance standards and best practices
Assist in data modeling and database design for optimized reporting
Required profile :
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Technical Skills
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Strong expertise in:
Power BI
Power Automate
Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
Solid SQL knowledge
Experience with Azure data services (preferred)
Basic to intermediate Python skills (e.g., Pandas, scripting, automation)
Interest or exposure to AI/ML in analytics (nice to have)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Collaborative team player
Languages
English: C1 level
French or German is a plus
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with Power BI and data transformation
