Join our dynamic company in the plastics industry, recognized for its expertise and commitment to innovation. 

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of key activities:

• Create and track purchase orders (PO) in the ERP;
• Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers in case of delays, coordinate with different stakeholders (raw materials, customs, transport... etc) to ensure smooth logistics operations;
• Ensure the reconciliation of orders/receipts/invoices and process supplier invoices;
• Verify the compliance of contractual documents and manage import files;
• Update purchasing databases: sourcing map, dashboards, etc.;
• Contribute to the search and qualification of new suppliers.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is required, ideally in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport.

We are looking for a talent with 1 to 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role, ideally in an industrial or similar environment.

This position requires a combination of strong technical and behavioral skills:

• Proficiency in the purchasing process (orders, invoices, disputes);
• Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Office Suite).
• Rigor, organization, and foresight;
• Prioritization skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and coordination with interfaces;
• Knowledge of the plastics industry would be a significant asset.
