The SOCIETE DE DEVELOPPEMENT DES SERVICES PUBLICS DE DISTRIBUTION S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions include participating in the management and development of Public Distribution Services, through services such as:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering fields, and in the mobilization and management of funding;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators related to Public Services;
  • Management of financing debts related to the distribution activity;
  • Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports actors in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groupments de Collectivités Territoriales) and SRM (Sociétés Régionales Multiservices).


Job :

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager profile at our Entity in Guelmim-Oued Noun

The main tasks include:

  • Ensuring reliable and up-to-date general, analytical, and subsidiary accounting;
  • Ensuring budget monitoring;
  • Participating in the development of investment budgets and ensuring the follow-up of all expenses related to the investment budget in terms of commitment and payment;
  • Ensuring reliable and up-to-date social and tax declarations;
  • Monitoring invoices, supplier statements, and validating payment files for invoices/supplier settlements;
  • Ensuring the reliability of financial data and its compliance with current Moroccan standards;
  • Managing the company's cash flows.

Training and skills required:
• You have a Bac+5 degree (State or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Management Control.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a good command of Moroccan accounting standards.
• You have an excellent command of computer tools (Microsoft Office), accounting & financial management software would be a plus.
