Job :

Reporting to the Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development, your missions will be:

• Support farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
• Organize and lead training sessions on smart irrigation and water management,
• Revitalize Agricultural Water User Associations (AUEA),
• Support agricultural warning systems,

Required profile :

• Holder of a technician diploma in rural engineering, water management and mastery,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Mastery of irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge in water resource management and conservation,
• Ability to lead and support water user associations,
• Ability to analyze and interpret climate and hydraulic data,
• Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities with farmers and partners,
• Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team.
