Job :

Your tasks
Reporting to the Treasury & Tax Supervisor, you will ensure the rigorous management and follow-up of the cash desk. In this capacity, you will intervene in four areas:

Cash Desk Management:

• Process check and customer draft collections and ensure their entry into the system
• Make check and draft deposits to the bank and ensure their traceability
• Fill out deposit slips for sending to the bank
• Perform daily cash reconciliation
• Prepare and enter expense reports
• Process release orders
• Check supporting documents before accepting payment for transactions

Invoicing

• Validate invoices before handing them over to customers

Customer Relations

• Welcome customers and manage daily customer relations
• Report and handle customer complaints

Risk Management

• Check the completeness of customer files
• Verify customer solvency
• Ensure compliance with granted credit limits

Required profile :

Your profile
Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or as a cashier

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in cash desk procedures and common banking operations
• Knowledge of Oracle is appreciated
• Solid understanding of general accounting
• Comfortable in managing customer relations

Languages

Arabic and French: fluent - required
English: intermediate level
