Dream of a challenging career in the dynamic oil and gas sector? A unique opportunity awaits you in Casablanca for the role of Methods and Industrialization Engineer. Join a major company where your expertise will be at the heart of innovation and optimization.

This position will allow you to drive continuous improvement of production processes and actively contribute to the skill development of operational teams. Your involvement will be crucial for the performance and sustainability of our industrial operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing existing production methods to increase efficiency.
• Participating in the design and implementation of new production lines or processes.
• Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to industrialization.
• Technical documentation and writing operating procedures.
• Close collaboration with R&D teams for the implementation of innovations.
• Training and supporting teams on new methods and technologies.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, an Engineer's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, with a specialization in areas such as project management, studies, R&D, or methods, processes, and industrialization.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles, ideally gained in the oil and gas sector or a demanding industrial environment, will be a major asset for quickly understanding the challenges of the position.

You have a solid understanding of industrial processes and optimization methods. Your ability to analyze complex data, propose concrete solutions, and communicate effectively will be essential. Skills in project management and familiarity with standard computer tools are expected.
