Monitoring and identifying opportunities
Conduct daily monitoring of tenders on specialized platforms.
Identify opportunities that match the company's activities and strategy.
Analyze terms of reference and consultation documents.
Evaluate the technical, administrative, and financial feasibility of projects.
Preparation and management of tender files
Assemble administrative and technical files.
Collect required documents from relevant departments.
Write or coordinate the writing of technical memorandums and commercial offers.
Verify the conformity of files to client requirements.
Ensure deadlines for offer submission are met.
Internal coordination
Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, financial, and operational teams.
Organize file launch and follow-up meetings.
Ensure information flow between different stakeholders.
Tender follow-up
Submit offers on electronic platforms or to relevant organizations.
Follow up on files until notification of results.
Participate in clarification requests or requests for additional information.
Analyze consultation results and reasons for success or failure.
Document management and reporting
Update company databases and administrative files.
Ensure archiving of offers and contractual documents.
Develop tender tracking dashboards.
Produce periodic activity reports.
Experience
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in tender management.
Experience in public and/or private markets is a plus.
Knowledge of the company's business sector is desired.
Technical skills
Mastery of public and private tender procedures.
Good writing and synthesis skills.
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of market tendering platforms.
Ability to analyze terms of reference and contractual requirements.
Basic legal and administrative knowledge related to markets.
