Job :

Join our dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, ideally located in Rabat. As an HR Administration and Mass Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in the development of our teams.

Your main mission will be to ensure the operational excellence of HR processes, particularly for HR administrative management, legal and disciplinary aspects, contracts, and certificates, as well as mass recruitment, while contributing to smooth and efficient personnel administration.

Your responsibilities will include managing the complete recruitment cycle for large volumes, from defining needs to onboarding new employees. You will also be involved in various HR administrative tasks.

More specifically, this includes:

• Managing mass recruitment campaigns for stores in different cities: sourcing, pre-selection, interviews.
• Handling relationships with candidates and tracking processes.
• Contributing to the development and monitoring of employment contracts and certificates.
• Participating in personnel administrative management (files, absences, etc.).
• Collaborating with different departments to understand and anticipate recruitment needs.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, with significant exposure to mass recruitment, is expected, as well as versatility in administrative management and collaboration with other teams. 

We are looking for a proactive person with excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities. Your mastery of HR processes and your ability to manage large volumes of applications will be major assets.
