Corporate Account Manager - Tanger

Finéa is headquartered in Casablanca and operates through 8 branches in the cities of the kingdom: Casablanca North, Casablanca South, Rabat, Tangier, Fes, Marrakech, Agadir, and Oujda.

 

Job :

Commercial Development
Manage a small client portfolio and work on customer loyalty.
Prospect for new clients according to an action plan defined by the Branch Manager.
Participate in promoting Finéa's products and services.
Prepare and conduct client visits to identify their financing needs.
Prepare commercial proposals with management oversight.
Follow up on ongoing cases and follow up with clients for missing documents.
Commercial Monitoring and Development
Track assigned commercial objectives (number of clients, financing volume).
Provide regular reporting on commercial activities.
Monitor the use of credit lines and renewal deadlines.
Risk Management
Collect and verify the completeness of credit files.
Report any anomaly or exceeding of limits to the Branch Manager.
Prepare files for transmission to central entities.
Administrative Management
Ensure client information is entered into the information system and control the reliability of databases.
Ensure the completeness and compliance of client files (first-level verification).
Ensure the filing and archiving of physical files within their portfolio.
 

Required profile :

·       - Education level Bac+5 in commerce and finance;

·       - Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial sales. ;

·       - Customer relationship management;

·        - Prospecting and commercial animation techniques ;

-      - Knowledge of public markets would be an asset;

·       -  Interpersonal skills ;

       - Sense of rigor and organization.
