The main activities of the position are:
- Participate in the organization of client prospecting actions inside and outside the branch,
- Carry out commercial actions with clients in their portfolio,
- Advise clients and offer them products and services that can meet their needs with a quality of service in line with the Bank's requirements,
- Ensure the correct processing of financing applications,
- Ensure the follow-up and proper handling of requests and complaints from clients, while ensuring compliance with current standards, rules, and procedures,
- Take charge of the management and follow-up of bank cards and checkbooks.
With a Bac+5 degree from a Business School or equivalent, you have initial experience in sales, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
You have a commercial profile, and are looking for professional challenges.
